Exchange Eligibility:

Condition of Bikinis:

   - Bikinis may only be exchanged if they are in their original, unworn condition. To be eligible for an exchange, the bikini bottoms must not have been used directly on the skin. Please ensure you try on bikini bottoms over a garment or undergarment for hygiene reasons.

Tags and Packaging:

   - The bikini must have all original tags intact. Exchanges will not be accepted if the tags have been removed.

Request for Exchange:

   - To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from the date of purchase. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

Return Shipping:

   - You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection:

   - Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the above conditions. If the item meets the criteria, we will process the exchange and notify you accordingly.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

- Bikini bottoms that have been worn without a garment or undergarment underneath.

- Bikinis with removed tags or packaging.
